Onsite Charges
$45 diagnostic charge (waived with work completed)
$55 / hour onsite (minimum 1 hr) for residential
$65 / hour onsite (minimum 1 hr) for business
$0.45 / mile (round trip mileage to residence location)
$55 fee for less than 12 hour cancellation notice
Shop Charges
Flat $55 per machine repaired in shop (Residential)
Flat $65 per machine repaired in shop (Business)
$50 (for first 2 hours & $50/ hour thereafter for remote login in repairs / maintenance
Storage & Other Fees
Any machine not picked up or paid for in 48 hours will incur a $10 / day fee
After 90 days items will be sold at auction per state laws. Any amounts over amount due will be refunded to customer. Any deficiency will be required of original customer.
All invoices are due when services are rendered, any invoice not paid in 15 days will be charged a 10% late fee
Retuned Checks/Declined Credit Card Charges are $45 per item

Jolly Technologies warranties all repairs for a period of
30 Days after repair .
WHAT IS COVERED
Labor to repair and/or replace upgraded or new parts and system performance.
Email accounts setup through Google Apps and Domains registered with GoDaddy.com
New PCs, Routers, External HD, Printers, etc. purchased through Jolly Technologies.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Adjustments to computer settings, internet connections, email, general website connections, and other customer caused problems.
Data recovery is not covered unless agreed upon in writing in advance.
Motherboard / LCD caused failures or burnouts are not covered unless cause is linked to repair completed directly to device by Jolly Technologies.
Equipment not purchased from Jolly Technologies (ex: wired/wireless routers, external HD, printers, etc.)
Virus, Malware, and Spyware infections caused by user error
REFUNDS
A refund of labor cost is allowed if customer contacts Jolly Technologies about covered issue and Jolly Technologies cannot repair to normal use.
WARRANTY CANCELLATION
Jolly Technologies may cancel this warranty anytime a customer threatens verbally or in writing to intentionally damage their machine. Also, warranty immediately becomes void if payment is returned by bank (check or charge).
